#2 Tip sihat : 5 cara kekal diet sihat.

Hellooo people. Jumpa lagi kita yeahhhh. Hari nih entryy pasal tip sihatt.Nak hilang berat badan secara kekal? Tip ini dengarnyalahh dah di buat kajian klinikal.. So, enjoy and practikkan lahh.

1. Bersenamm lahhh
Bersenam kan senjata utamaaa sama ada nak kurangkan berat badan atau nak body yang ideal. Caranyaa ialah meminumkan masa senaman selama 30 minit untuk satu sesi untuk seminggu.. So, takdelahh yang cakap 'I takde masa lah'.Dan sekali sekala cubalahh untuk ikuti kelas yoga ke, tarian ke or pergi ke gim :)

2. Menyimpan diari pemakanan
Ianya adalah satu aset untuk membantu penurunan berat badan. Setiap hari cuba rekodkan apa dan banyak mana anda makan, tahap kelaparan kamu, atau emosi kamu pada masa itu.Diari pemakanan boleh memberikan banyak kesedarandiri. Malah kamu dapat mengkaji corak pemakanan kamu. Jadi, tunggu apa lagi. Ayuhhh kita mulakan.

3. Kekalkan fokus kepada sihat bukan kurus
Kebanyakkan orang boleh berjaya dalam menurunkan berat badan untuk satu jangka masa yang lama apabila mereka memotivasikan diri untuk menjadi kurus kepada untuk menjadi sihatt.So, ubahlahh pemikiran kamu yeah. Oleh sebab itu, piramid makanan telah menyediakan jenis asa makanan dan kuantiti makanan yang patut kamu ambil setiap hari. Cubalahhh.



4. Kunyah makanan dengan perlahan lahan
Makan dengan perlahan adalah salah satu cara nak turunkan berat tau. Hal ini kerana daripada mula mula kamu mengunyah makanan, ia telah menyebabkan otak ambik masa 20 minit mulakan perasaan kenyang. Kuantiti kalori pun strt dianggarkan. Oleh itu, makan dgn perlahan dan kunyah kecil2. Nikmatilah rasa dan perasaan seronok bila makan :)

5. Beringat dan teliti kuantit pemakanan
Cubalahhh belajar untuk lebih mengambil berat tahap kelaparan kamu dan berhenti untuk makan sekiranya anda sudah kenyanggg okay?

Well hello people.
Miss me? Ohh, thank youuu. I terharu nih. Sorryyy again and again for not update untuk masa yanggg lama :) Teheeeeee. I've been verrry verrrry busyyy yawy. Errrr, yelahhhh CEO syarikattttt lah katakannnn :) Wohooooo, myy holidayyyyyy is coming to the end. And I just sit doing nothing. Omaigod, macam mana nihhh. HAHA

Homeworkk dah menangis dah dalam beg tuhhh, sesak nafas mungkin :] Haha, okay okayyy. Nanti I buat okay? Jagan lahhh risauuu. I studyyyy hard hard hard nanti yek.

Holidayyy? Oh, this year maa, family waa semua sibuk-2. Ayahhhh dopopatjam kerjaaaa. Sob sob sob :( So, kiteorg tak holidayy mane mane pun. Harii tuh ada majliss pejabat mak, buat dekat A famosa. Kira jalan ke tuh? Haha bolehlahhhh.

Firstly, bertolak dari rumahhh jam 9 pagi sebab nak kene sampai sana beforee 11.45. So, sampai tepattt tepattt yeahhh. Teros masuk dalam dewan Tun Tejaa, where the majlis diadakan. Thenn, terpaksa tunggu dgn bosannn majlis berjalannn. I tunggu nak makan nihhh. Haha.








 
Actually, banyak lagi photo. You know I malas nak upload :) So, habis majlis jam 3 petangggg. Teros ambil kunci hotell dan berehat untuk seketika. Then, jam 4.30 sepatutnyaa ada acara sukaneka. Ohmaiii, mak cakap takpayahhh join. Then, kiteorg gerak Dataran pahlawannn, shopiiingggg yawyy. Tapi, I tak dapat ape ape baranggg I just belikannn my kakak punyaaa kasutt. Oh so cemburu :p



Okayyy selepas makan semuaa kami balik ke A famosa. Tibaa kira kira jam 8.15 malam. Ohhh teros bergegas solat semuaaaa untuk ke Cowboy Townnn sebab the show strt jam 8.30. Oh picca dekat cowboy town sangat tidakkk cantikk so tak bolelah nak uploaddd. Hee. Yaaa, kind of enjoy the show (yeke?)



Semuaa nihh masa balikk dari cowboy townnn. Yelahhhh, kene amek picca sendiriiii lahh kan. Sob sob sob. Dan terosss pergi makan kat luarrr, warungg tepi tepi jalann :)

Dan balikkk hotel dan teross tiduuuuuuuuurrrr dengan lena.

Esok paginyaaa teros sarapan di golf clubbbb. Wohooooo, sedap sedap wooo. Dan sebenarnyaaa aktiviti pagi tuhhh adalahh mandi manda dan melawat zoo. Tapi kannn kita dah pernah masukkk, then again kita tak joinnn. So, dalam jam 9 pagi bertolakk ke Shah alam.

Sampai jek shah alammm pick up my brotherr sebab dia demam, thats whyyy kene ambil diaaa. Heh, manja. Haha. Okayyy then check in hotel laggiii. Tak ingatt buat ape lepas tuhh. Haha. Ohyaaa, malam tuh kita rongeng di ICT. Then bermain main di snowwalkkkk. 










Kan bestt kalau da akak dan abg Fendyy sekali :)





Thennn tak engattt buat ape. Esoknyaaa terus check out hotel dannnn pergi jalan jalan cari makannn. Ohyeeahh, kami makan di Paksu corner for lunchh. Sumpahh sedap dan banyak gilaa laukkk. So, for moree bolelah layari www.paksucorner.com :) Jadi promoterr pulak.

Masaa nak balik ingat nak pergi bershoppingg tapi memandangkan abang tak sihatt kami teros bertolakk pulanggg. Oh yaaa, setibanyaa di melaka abah cakap nak bershopingg di Dataran Pahlawann lagi. Wohoooo, and lastly I beli 2 baju dan 1 seliparrrr. Comellll :)


Then, kiteorg teross gerakkk rumahhhh. Oh bye byee jalan jalan :) HAHA

#1 Tip sihat : Pilih makanan yang salah, diet tak jadilahhh.

Hello everyone. Today, my entry its like yaaa getting healthy. Its good right? Since my body size become something-like-everyone-do-not-like, I was searching everywhere to lose my weight. So, why not I share it in my blog.

Its pretty cool ways actually. If we practice it, I am sure all of us will havva a nice and slim body size :) And ofcouse feel more comfortable yeaahhh.

Everyone have different body shape. One of them maybe try to increase their body weight while others is vice versa. So, what ever it is, we should pick the right food to getting more healthier.

·         Soft drinks / minuman bergas
                Like all of us know, 'soft drinks' is cold, sweet, and addictive. Most of soft drinks mengandungi banyak kafein. Its not cool at all okay guys. Minuman bergas ini pula tak ada sikit pun khasiat. Yaa, all of us like it (me too). But to have healthier body, we should reduce it. Perlahan-lahan lahh, takpayah drastik sangat.

·         Produk kaya tepung
                Elakkan roti putih dan all the product yang diperkaya dgn tepung. For the great ways, buy roti penuh gandum dan pasta.
  
·         Makanan dalam tin
                As student yang berada di asrama, kolej , universiti and so on this is a normal things to eat makanan dalam tin. You know why? Ianyaa mudahhh terus boleh dimakan. Example : Ayam kurmaa. Bukak je tin dan cicah dgn roti yang kaya dengan tepung. Yummy. Yeaaahhh, I ada pengalaman melakukan itu :) Its very delicious but something yang kita tak tahu sebenarnya dia mengandungi banyak perisa dan garam. So stop eating.

·         Snek buaahhh
                You know what? This is my faveret. Lagi lagilah guava yang dalam packet colour hijau. Bila pergi carefour, pacific , the store or mana2 aje, I will take it one. Tak kesahlah kecil ke besarrr. Hmmmmmm, sedapnyaa. Why should kita makan snek buah sedangkan kita ada buah yang betul? I keep think of it. These sneks have extra gula dan perisa. So, pilihlahhh makanan yang semulajadi dan lebih segar dan bukanlah yang telah diproses. Okay? Try to change.

·         Makanan segera
                Nama pun makanan segera, memang segeralahkan nak dapat. So, its easy for today. Yaa you know modern life. Siape tak suka burger dan kentang gorengkan? Memang sedap tapi kita kene kurangkan sebab makanan ini di goreng dalam minyak dan jarang ada vitamin dalamnya. Ok start from now, hadkan pengambilan kepada 1-2 kali sahaja setiap bulan.

Okay, I thinks its good enough right. Take the tips one-by-one. Try it slowly. Selamat berdiet. Wish me luck too untuk amalkannya :)

Makaron by me and Chef Deeja :)

Hye everyone :)

Waahhhh, tajuk taknak gempak lagilah kan. Haha. Last Wednesday mybe ( tak ingat sangat ) , me and my sister had some fun  in the kitchen. Hehe. We baked a Makaron. The delicious food. Hmmm, yummy and luscious. 


We used SAJI by errr i don't know lahh as our guide. Yek lahhh first time buat nih :)
  
The ingredients :

90 gm of white eggs
30 gm of sugar powdered
200 gm of sugar icing
110 gm of almonds

For the cream :
198 gm of condensed milk
1 teaspoon of butter
1 teaspoons of vanilla essence
2 tablespoons of twisted cream ( krim putar lahhh tak tahu dlm english )




First, mix the icing sugar with the white eggs. Oh yaa, before that put the white eggs in the freezer a night. Mix it until it turns white.


Like this yeahhh :)

Next, 



the finely blended almonds is mix with the sugar powdered. And then put the  the first mixture into it.




Yeaahhh, then put all of it into piping bag. Before that put some colours to make it more yummmmy.




Leave for 20 minutes to mix the precipitate and no air in the mixture. Then, yeaaahhh. Put it into the oven with 180 degree for 15 minutes.



Thennnn, tarrrrraaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa !


HANGUS ! HAHA. RESEPI ITU MENIPU ATAU KAMI YANG TAK PANDAI BUAT ? Hmmmm, but its okay, learn from mistakes. Ada masaa kita buat lagi okay Deeja? Haha. akhiryaaa semua tong sampah yang makan :) Heee

Oh yaaa, before tuh korang buatlahhh krim untukkk taruk di tengah2. Kami tak sempatt pun nak buat. Hee

4 Cerdik in memories :)


Hello smiling people.

As I in the-called-so-awesome-school-but-actually-the school-of stress. Haha. Panjang beno nama sekolah. Yeah, as I in that school I am one of the cerdiknight. Of my so-love-class-ever. ( yeke?) Hahaha. We were just like a family there. You there are my brother and you just like my sister. Hee.

Last week, 7 November 2011. We had some fun. We had a small party class. We are getting closer and yaa just like family. Thank you 4 Cerdik couse you make my night wonderful --" We exchange present and took a lot of picture that night.. For my lovely blog, I put some here :)
